Immanuel desires to make our faciliites available to service the needs of the community.  Our facilities are available for rental on a first come, first serve basis, but with preference to members of Immanuel. 

An application must be completed and turned in to the church office.  The Consistory must approve the application and currently meets the second Monday of each month to handle business. 

Ordinarily, use of the facilities must be approved at least two (2) months in advance of the event.  Facilities are not available for any ‘for-profit’ group or organization nor organizations engaged in partisan political campaigns.  Please review our Facility Rental Policy & Guidelines prior to filling out a facility rental application.
