Our church hosts a  9-month Confirmation Class for teens in the 8th Grade.  The purpose of the class is to help teach teens an overview of the Bible, Church History, the core beliefs of the Christian faith, Sacred Seasons of the Church Year, the Sacraments, and where they fit into the life of the Church (Body of Christ), leading up to a public profession of faith with the Rite of Confirmation.

Classes are held Wednesday evenings from 7:00-8:00 pm from September through May.

The basis of our study is the Bible, the Apostles’ Creed and the Heidelberg Catechism.

Highlights of the year include a Confirmation Retreat,  Confirmation Jeopardy Game  and the Rite of Confirmation with first Communion.
